4 stalks of celery

15:00 Afternoon: Drink your favorite fresh juice
Apple Broccoli Smoothie Detox
1 cup Romainesalat
½ cup broccoli
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
½ cup distilled water
1 cup ice cubes
Drink plenty of water and herbal tea during the day!
