1 Day Program:

7:00 1 cup of boiled water with lemon juice

9:00 Breakfast juice
1 cucumber
8 stalks of celery
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of parsley
2 cm fresh ginger root
½ lemon

12:00 pm:
2 beetroot
1 apple
4 stalks of celery
4 cm fresh ginger
½ lemon

15:00 Afternoon: Drink your favorite fresh juice

18:00:
Apple Broccoli Smoothie Detox
1 cup Romainesalat
½ cup broccoli
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 apple
½ orange
½ cup distilled water
1 cup ice cubes

Drink plenty of water and herbal tea during the day!
